Zebra Products, in association with Veredus, are delighted to announce the arrival of the much anticipated new FEI compliant Young Jump rear fetlock boots. There are two Young Jump styles to choose from, Absolute Carbon Gel and Absolute Olympus
These are the key Young Jump Absolute features:
- Smaller shell
- 16cm maximum height in compliance with FEI rules
- Closure with one Velcro straps
- Extra Velcro in the strap area to prevent it from slipping
- Microperforated neoprene AEROX
The new Young Jump Absolute fetlock boots are designed specifically for young horses but can be used by horses of all ages.
The anatomically shaped double density polyurethane and flexible EVA inserts of the Veredus Young Jump Absolute Olympus boot offers a large protective surface and maximum shock protection for the fetlock. The Aerox breathable neoprene padding ensures climate controlled comfort, whilst the double Velcro closure guarantees exceptional security.
Designed specifically for show jumping, the Veredus Young Jump Absolute Carbon Gel boots are exceptionally durable and lightweight. They offer high resistance to strike impacts, especially in the internal area of the fetlock, which is more exposed to the risk of impact from the shoe of the adjacent leg. Nitrexgel membrane dissipates impact by over 40% ensuring additional safety and exceptional comfort, whilst breathable neoprene padding offers excellent temperature control. Both Young Jump styles are available in black or brown, sizes M or L.

Zebra Products, distributor of top European brands, celebrates 25 years in business this month.
The company started trading in September 2000, its name inspired by Kenya where founders Simon and Lindsay Middleton were married.
Before Zebra, Simon was employed selling fruit to supermarkets. However, he had a long-held passion for horses – unlike the rest of his family who were heavily into cycling.
The Middletons initially started Zebra with some clients of Lindsay’s – the Pennys - who enabled it to piggy back on their irrigation business in Lancashire.
“They provided us with a great leg up and without them I’m sure we would have made many more mistakes along the way,” says Simon.
Lindsay, an event rider and coach, squeezed in picking and packing parcels in the early days of the company.

The Turnado Pro Pony 40285 RRP £127.90 features all of the benefits of the Turnado range but designed specifically for smaller mouths with narrower thicknesses and smaller rings. Available in May 2025
The KK Ultra Pelham 42007 RRP £203.90 has been adapted to offer greater comfort. The middle link has been shortened and angled forward by 45 degrees, giving a noticeably improved effect compared to traditional double-jointed bits. Available in March 2025
The new Nathe Pony/Iceland bit 40238 RRP £155.90 has been formulated especially for Icelandic ponies. Made of mouth and tongue friendly Thermoplastic, it offers the reassurance of a double-jointed bit but distributes pressure evenly across the tongue and lower jaw. Available in March 2025.
The clever Nathe Control bit 40839 RRP £155.90 looks like a double-jointed bit but has a locking mechanism, which will operate like a straight bar when the horse opposes contact. It unlocks again, when contact softens. When the horse is working correctly, it lies comfortably in the mouth with protective bit guards and is tongue friendly. This bit can be used for training and correction. Available in May 2025.
