Amerigo Protector Dressage Girth

The beautiful Amerigo Protector Dressage Girth is specially designed for horses with girthing problems.
The girth helps remove all friction and pressure during movement, allowing the horse to move freely and comfortably.
The special shape provides extra comfort for the horse and the front side of the girth is softly padded with calfskin. The role of the girth is often overlooked, but it can be responsible for the horse being reluctant to move forward due to discomfort in the elbow and rib areas.
The unique shape of the Protector girth and the innovative use of materials, ensure that the delicate area around the elbow are well protected and that the pressure from the girth is directed on to the horse sternum, which is less sensitive.
The Amerigo Protector Dressage Girth is made from soft Italian leather and has elastic straps for the optimum comfort for your horse. There is a wipeable rubber outer shell on the mid plate and a D ring at the front for the attachment of training aids.
